The obsession for Total Reliability of an I.I.T. Delhi graduate has been christened as REC established in the year 1987. Its fixation on TOTAL RELIABILITY, though initially, sparkled its growth but as time went by, it became its OBSESSION - an addiction that has become its corporate hallmark.

REC has established itself as one of the leading manufacturers of Quality Steel Castings. Our Castings especially of Industrial Valves – are well known in the country and we are one of the major suppliers of such castings to leading Industrial Valve Manufacturers in India.

Encouraged by the appreciation of our products in the home market, we approached overseas buyers for our castings. Negotiations materialized and we established our credentials in the face of international competition. Today we are exporting a substantial % of our total production of castings to Europe and USA.

REC is having manufacturing Facilities at Two Locations in Bhiwadi andhas built a Total capacity of over 5000 M Tons per annum of Finished Castings ,the details of which are as under:-
We manufacture a large range of castings to suit our customers. Weight wise we produce from 5 kg to 5000 kg single piece castings in Carbon Steel, Various Alloy Steels, Manganese Steel and Stainless Steel. We produce Radiographic quality castings of products such as:-

Valve castings in different sizes, types, pressure ratings for Industrial Valves upto 2500 Pressure Class.

There are two Production Plants in REC based at Bhiwadi,  a rapidly developing area in Rajasthan, just one hr drive from Delhi.
